JoVE
JoVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments) produces educational and instructional science videos that demonstrate experimental techniques and research methodologies.
JoVE videos are designed to enhance learning and understanding in various scientific disciplines, such as biology, chemistry, physics, and medicine. By visually presenting experiments, JoVE aims to make complex scientific concepts more accessible and replicable for students, researchers, and educators.
In addition to demonstrating techniques, JoVE videos often include explanations of the principles behind the experiments, helping viewers to grasp the underlying science more effectively. The platform is widely used in academic settings and by researchers to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve scientific communication.
Stanford Libraries provides access to JoVE to all Stanford faculty, staff, and students with a full-service SUNet ID. JoVE is also available through Canvas.
